Welcome to BoldNxclusive. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BoldNxclusive.
BoldNxclusive operates this website and online store to provide customers with access to our products, information, features and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law, or that you are using the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and credentials.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and device display.
Product measurements may also have minor variations where appropriate due to manufacturing processes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, specifications, packaging or availability without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to stock availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues or incorrect/incomplete customer information.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, email address and complete delivery address.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT
Product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, discounts or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is completed.
Prices, offers, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice.
In case of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or modify the affected order. Any payment due back to the customer will be handled through the applicable payment/refund process.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location, courier availability and other delivery conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking details may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method once the order has been shipped.
Important OTP Safety: Customers should not share the delivery OTP with the delivery partner or any other person until the parcel has been physically handed over to them. Please share the OTP only after receiving the parcel.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We accept return/replacement claims only for products received damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, subject to verification and applicable law.
The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should make a clear, continuous unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened, showing the sealed outer package, shipping label, opening of the parcel, product and any claimed damage or defect.
Customers should also provide clear photographs of the product and packaging where requested.
Claims without sufficient evidence, including a proper continuous unboxing video where reasonably required to verify transit damage or an incorrect item, may not be accepted, subject always to rights available under applicable law.
Returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, personal preference, or where the customer simply no longer wants the product are not accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products approved for return must be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website content belonging to us, including the BoldNxclusive brand elements, logos, original product photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or distributed without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Products purchased through this store are sold by the business operating BoldNxclusive, not by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the online store.

Information may also be processed by Shopify, payment processors, logistics providers and other service providers as necessary to operate our ecommerce services.

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringing content.
